3. Audit every figure/table in the paper for necessity. report but no edit

4. all the tabs & figs are cited in text
5. all the references are faithful and exist
6. check over-page limit of the journal

7. Trim figure and table captions; move load-bearing content to prose

8. scan the entire paper and check no overclaim or understatement
9. check whether the paper has ack AI use per IEEE AI Policy if targeted venue is IEEE
10. Strip sermon from the prose, keep the bluntness. 
    
11. if p<0.001 just write p<0.001 not something like 4.7*10^-9
12. is it scientifically faithful and accurate?
13. Recompile and present revised PDF
